REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Main Street Asian Market, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. PERISHABLE ITEMS (Non-Returnable)
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for perishable items, including but not limited to:
- Fresh produce
- Refrigerated or frozen foods
- Ready-to-eat items
All sales of perishable goods are final.
2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible non-perishable products within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- The item is in its original packaging
- The packaging is unopened
- The product is undamaged
- The item is still within its expiration date
- A valid receipt with proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet all the above conditions may be denied a refund.
3. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Debit/credit refunds may take several business days to process depending on your financial institution.
- Cash refunds will be issued at the time of return when applicable.
4. EXCEPTIONS
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
5. STORE DISCRETION
Main Street Asian Market reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
